Mission Statement
Mission Statement
Seniors are the matriarchs and patriarchs who have proudly led their families for many decades. Adult children have seen their parents in a certain light. We believe physical and mental adjustments late in life do not necessarily have to result in the emotional strain of those family dynamics changing. We provide the personal care so adult children do not have to perform the hands-on care themselves and seniors can retain their pride, dignity, and independence. We believe this to be especially important when providing end-of-life/hospice assistance at a moment of emotional vulnerability and grieving.
We believe this is a lofty, honorable, and worthwhile company-wide goal to be done with principle, honor, and joy.
Worcester Home CareSM, through its Palliative Personal CareSM service, specifically assists in activities of daily living (ADLs) to allow individuals to live in the housing of their choosing. WHC perform ADLs including, but not limited to, showering, toileting, incontinence care, ambulation assistance, transferring assistance, end-of-life/hospice assistance, skin care, medication reminders, as well as companionship. Worcester Home CareSM is insured, bonded, and our employees are fully screened.
