Personal Care & End of Life/Hospice Assistance

Worcester Home CareSM believes the screening of employees is one of the most significant parts of the service provided when you engage an agency. All of our Personal Care Attendants are hired individually. As employees, each is screened, bonded, and insured so you can trust you are getting the best possible support. We take pride in having compassionate Personal Care Attendants who genuinely enjoy their work. Knowing our Personal Care Attendants individually allows us to better assign the proper person to each appointment and support each Personal Care Attendant based on their experience, skill, and personality, in relation to the senior and family being helped.

When you trust our Palliative Personal CareSM with services for your loved one, you will have a team of case managers coordinating with hospice nurses, assisted living wellness staff, and other health professionals to craft, adjust, and implement the proper care plan. This coordination and communication is done as needed at all hours, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is included in the price of the service. You will not be charged an additional fee, even if the case management is done at a time when you are not directly employing a Personal Care Attendant for care. Our managers are in constant contact with our Personal Care Attendants with updated care plans and coaching for optimal performance. Although we are in regular contact with our families and want your input, we also want our families to be comfortable in knowing that the care is being coordinated by a team of professionals and our families can rely on us to provide the physical care while they are able to concentrate on being emotionally engaged at a vulnerable time.
